Jeff Zemencsik (Houston, TX) – GCAmTour-Houston, June 24,
2014. HOT, HUMID weather and calm winds
combined with great course conditions produced competitive scoring and
Playoffs! Two “Sudden Death” scorecard
playoffs headline the day’s events at The Woodlands Player Course, The
Woodlands, Texas.
The Course:
The Woodlands Player Course, The Woodlands, Texas. The course was in beautiful condition with
green tees, fairways, and rough. The
greens were in great condition, smooth and fast, running 10+.
The Weather:
A HOT, HUMID day along the Texas Gulf Coast. If you like it hot, it was a nice day to be outside with a mix of
clouds, sunshine, blue sky, and later thunderstorms. The temperatures were in the lower to mid 90’s, hot and
humid. The winds were relatively calm
from the ESE 5-8mph for most of the day.
The Tournament:

Lokey (81), Nathan Ashley (89).

nines of 38. Aaron Pickering finished
